专利摘要:
An automotive goods-transport vehicle has first and second wheeled chassis sections interconnected by a coupling device. A main power unit raises a forward portion of the second chassis section relative to the first chassis section and a pair of remote power units raise wheeled chassis arms of the second chassis section to in turn raise the back portion of second chassis section. The main power unit cooperates with the remote power units such that the latter are operated as slave units to the main power unit to coordinate the movements of all of the power units.

one
The invention relates to a truck consisting of two sections articulated by a traction coupling device with a device for lifting one of them.
The aim of the invention is to simplify the design.
Figure 1 shows the truck avtoI mobile vehicle, side view, in the transport position; figure 2 - the same, with the slave section lowered until it stops in the ground; fig.Z - the same, with a raised slave section; figure 4 is the same, top view; figure 5 - t govo-coupling device and the mechanism for lifting the frame of the driven section, front view.
A cargo vehicle consists of a driving section 1 of a wheeled chassis and a driven section 2. On a driving section 1, a vehicle powertrain (not shown) is installed, the driver’s cab 21 and the front running wheels 4 of the driven chassis section are adapted to set the load 5 (for example, container cargo platform or cabin) and contains an i-shaped frame consisting of two longitudinal elements 6 connected at the front ends of the cross member 7. The longitudinal elements 6 at the rear ends of the wheel 8 are hinged 9, which can be supplied, like the crossbar 7, with hooks or supports (not shown) for cargo 5. Sections 1 and 2 of the chassis are connected by a traction coupling device, including a rack 10 attached to the leading section 1 and a groove 11 serving as for the slave section 2, on which, for example, a roller (not shown) is mounted, the main hydraulic cylinder 12 of the frame lifting mechanism of the driven section 2, the stem of which is hingedly connected to one end of the two. shoulder lever 13, the middle part of the hinge link 14 connected to the fence 15, covering the specified lever 13 and link 14. The other shoulder of the specified lever 13 is connected with the driven section 2.
The lifting mechanism of the driven frame section 2, in addition, includes injection hydraulic cylinders 16 and 17, installed in the oil sump 18 of the oil supply source, forming a cavity with a guard 15 and mounted on the supporting member 19 of the driving section 1. The rods of the injection hydraulic cylinders 16 and 17 are connected with the rod of the main hydraulic cylinder 12, and in their housings, windows 20 are made to bring oil into them from the oil pan 18. The injection hydraulic cylinders 16 and 17 are connected by pipelines 21 with working hydraulic cylinders, 22, pivotally mounted between have longitudinal elements 6 and sidewalls 8.
Parts of the hydraulic system, including injection 16,17 and working 22 hydraulic cylinders, are equal in volume to ensure uniform lifting and lowering of the driven section 2. In addition, the sidewalls 8 are equipped with lifting elements 23.
Cargo vehicle operates as follows.
In the transport position, the driven section 2 is held in the middle position by the coupling device. For loading or unloading a vehicle, slave section 2 is lowered or raised by
. the main cylinders 12 and the working cylinders 22. In this case, the double-arm levers 13 are rotated by the action of the hydraulic cylinders 12 and the volume of the pressure cylinders 16 and 17 is changed, causing the oil to flow from them into the working cylinders 22 that turn the sidewalls 8, 1
